I am a 84 yo patient having my second shoulder surgery with Dr MALCARNEY. I have had a total shoulder replacement previously and am scheduled for a reverse shoulder replacement soon. I have complete faith in Dr MALCARNEY and her surgical skills. She is the best! Very caring, explains everything thoroughly, no pressure what so ever to have surgery, easy to converse with, listens and answers questions in easy to understand terms, is very kind, great bedside manners and follow through
